§ 10.08.070. Violation—Penalty.

A.

ORS 153.615 and 153.620 pertaining to penalties for traffic infractions are adopted, together with all terms and conditions contained therein, by the city, and are incorporated into this section.

B.

Each day's violation of any provision of this title shall constitute a separate offense, punishable as set forth in this section.
