§ 2.16.010. Trial by jury.

    In all prosecutions for any criminal offense defined and made punishable by the Charter or any ordinance of the city, and tried before the municipal judge of said city, the defendant shall be entitled to be tried by a jury.

    B.

    A trial jury in the municipal court of the city shall consist of six persons, sworn to try and determine a question or questions of fact, and selected and drawn as provided in this chapter.
