§ 2.16.130. Associate municipal judge.

A.

There is created the office of associate municipal judge of the city. Such associate municipal judge shall be appointed and may be removed in the manner provided by Charter of the city for officers of said city.

B.

Such associate municipal judge shall have all the powers and shall exercise all of the duties of the municipal judge of the city.

C.

The amount of compensation payable for the services of said associate municipal judge shall be provided by the council.
