Not less than fifteen (15) days previous to conducting any such sale as provided in
Sections 5.04.010 and 5.04.020, the said persons, firms, corporations or associations must make a sworn, written
application to the council of the city for a license so to do, specifying under oath
the name and address of the applicant, and the location and purpose of the sale, and
its expected duration, and itemizing in detail the quality, quantity, kind and grade
of each item of goods, wares and other articles to be sold, the wholesale market value
thereof, and the name of the person, firm, corporation or association who shall conduct
the said sale.
